Shaylynn Havens, 6, of Bowling Green, Ky., plays on the monkey bars at Ogden Park. Havens was born with a rare syndrome called Amniotic Band Syndrome, which affects less than 200,000 people in the United States. The result is that one of her arms was naturally amputated before birth. "I know every mom says this about her kid, but she is by far the most inspiring person that I know," Lindsay Richardson, her mother, said.
